About the Founder

Prashant Shah is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduated specializing in finance and taxation.

In an illustrious career spanning more than a decade, Prashant was part of Deloitte and Ernst & Young (two of the Big Four Auditing Firms) before founding Prashant Shah & Co. He brings on board significant practice experience in audit, taxation, risk advisory, and regulatory compliance.

Prashant’s career graph ensures that he brings onboard a rich experience pool from multiple business sectors including auto, metals, mining, electricals, and banking & financial services.
